Navitabs is a very strong tab solution. We are running a few hundred pages in Confluence Cloud with lots of tabs on each page on which we embed not only Confluence tables including hyperlinks, but also e.g. expand macros and 3rd party (database) forms (using iframe as a concept combined with a 3rd party html macro). As we migrated from an alternative TAB solution that announced end of life (Macro Toolbox) we were very very happy by the migration offered by Navitabs which saved us a huge number of hours if done manually. Kudos for this plugin!
